Can I use a camera in the campsite and arena?

You can take pictures of/film whatever you want in that campsite (provided you have your starring actor's permission, and that of their agent, press officer and personal security). As for the arena, yes you can use a camera, regardless of whether its disposable, normal or digital, provided it doesn't look too techy and professional (don't take Daddy's big Pentax). But they don't like video cameras. Anyway, what would you be doing at a festival with expensive gear like that in the first place?

Where can I leave valuables?

There's a left luggage stall, and I'm pretty sure they have lockers there, and for a few quid you can leave your precioussssssss things and they will be kept safe and you won't have to worry about the thieving pikey bastards ravaging your tent or pockets.

What if my mobile phone battery runs out?

There's the Orange Recharge Zone in the middle of the arena where you can leave your phone (regardless of what network you're on, or make of phone you have, unless its something really obscure), its free, and they'll recharge your battery, and let you know when its ready to pick up. i've never used it before, but i'd recommend going to them as soon as the arena opens at 11:30-midday so that you can get in the queue early! it gets busier as the weekend goes on, so naturally sunday is the main rush for phone battery charging! personally i prefer to switch my phone on once an hour for 10 mins, to send and receive texts - trying to phone people is pointless as you have to rely on them having their phone switched on, and also if you can get a signal - something silly like only 1 in 10 phonecalls connect at Reading. And you can still receive texts when you turn your phone back on.

How easy is it to get laid?

In theory, very easy. In practice, its just not a very desirable idea. there are plenty of attractive people (if you can find a way of getting talking to them - much easier at night when random silly things happen). if you meet and shag them thursday night, you will probably get called a slag, but you get to spend the rest of the festival with them. but if you wait until sunday, bear in mind that you will be sweaty, muddy and generally dirty, it really does depend on just how far the two of you are prepared to get naked and marinade in each other's filth.
